Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Add Liquids to Bowl

📍Ingredients:

  • Water
  • Neutral oil

Step 2: Add Cake Mix

➤ Add Itaberco Neutral Sponge Cake Mix to the liquids.

Step 3: Mix on Low Speed (2 Minutes)

➤ Fit mixer with whisk attachment.

➤ Mix on low speed for 2 minutes to hydrate.

Step 4: Scrape Bowl

➤ Stop and scrape down sides and bottom to ensure full hydration.

Step 5: Whip to Ribbon Stage

➤ Increase speed to medium-high.

➤ Whip until batter reaches ribbon stage (batter should fall in ribbons that sit on top before blending in).

Step 6: Flavor the Batter
