Description:

Our milk chocolate coating has a milky chocolate flavor and the perfect snap. For dipping hard frozen desserts such as pops, heat and maintain coating at 113F (45C) to 122F (50C). For dipping soft serve ice cream, or other desserts, heat and maintain coating at 95F (35C) to 105F (40C). For a thicker application coat or dip twice, or apply at a lower temperature.
