Itaberco Vanilla (Seedless) Compound (CP-1005)2g1/2 tsp
Cinnamon, Ground2g1/3 tsp
Loaf of Challah or Brioche1

In a large bowl, weigh your Itaberco Pronto Crème Brûlee (PS-404), Heavy Cream, Whole Milk, Itaberco Vanilla (Seedless) Compound (CP-1005), and cinnamon. Whisk together well, and set aside.

Using a serrated knife and cutting board, slice your loaf of bread into about 1” thick pieces.

Heat your large fry pan over medium heat. Coat the bottom of the pan in pan spray.

Dip both sides of your bread into the batter and wipe off the excess. Place the bread slice in the hot fry pan and allow to cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Flip the bread over with your fry spatula, and repeat on the other side.

Repeat with remaining bread.

Serve French toast warm with desired accompaniments.
